The Superior King Room offered a beautiful ambiance, complemented by a really nice shower and comfy beds. Dining was a highlight, with delicious soup and wonderful service from friendly staff, both at the restaurant and during check-in. Although there was some confusion regarding the check-in process, the staff remained cheerful and incredibly helpful even amid the busy environment. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

my stay at moat was fantastic! the room was a superior king room, and it was beautiful with a comfy bed and a nice shower. i loved the pod coffee machine—it’s a great little touch! also, the food was delicious and the service was top-notch, even when it was busy. the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay with comfy beds!

Had a fab time! The room was gorgeous with a nice shower and comfy bed. The pod coffee machine was a sweet surprise! Staff were super friendly even when it was busy, but check-in was a bit confusing. Enjoyed meals at the restaurant—food was delish!

Beautiful room with exceptional food

I had a lovely stay in a Superior King Room. The food was absolutely delicious, emphasizing local flavors that I couldn't get enough of! The shower was fabulous, and the bed was incredibly comfy, providing a restful experience. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made the room a bit stuffy at times.

Absolutely loved the food—proper local flavors that hit the spot! The Superior King Room was gorgeous, with a fab shower and comfy beds. The staff? Super friendly and helpful. what a vibe!

Windows into the car park made me shy about cracking them, and the lack of air con was a bummer. The walls were thin, so eavesdropping on my neighbors was a bit awkward.
